Brenda Keyser is a co-owner of Elite Reporting Agency, LLC established in May 2002. Brenda has experience in judicial and freelance reporting, medical and technical testimony, realtime reporting, and CART. She graduated at the top of her class from Brown College of Court Reporting & Business in Atlanta, Georgia. She also earned her BS in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio, receiving departmental honors, and her MBA from the University of Cincinnati College of Business.  Brenda is a member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association. She is also active in the community and serves on the advisory board at Miami-Jacobs Career College.

Patti Stachler is a co-owner of Elite Reporting Agency, LLC, which was established in May of 2002.  Patti has more than 25 years of experience as a reporter, focusing on medical, technical and real-time reporting, and is a member of the National Court Reporters Association.  She graduated first in her class from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science. Patti lives in Anderson Township with her husband and children.  Her interests are traveling and spending time with her family.

Heidi L. Constable is a reporter with more than 15 years’ experience in both freelance and courtroom reporting. She graduated summa cum laude from Bliss College in Columbus, Ohio in 1991 with an Associate’s degree in Court Reporting. Heidi is a member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Ohio Court Reporters Association. Heidi has been an employee of Elite Reporting Agency, LLC since 2006.

Shandy Ehde obtained her court reporting certification from The Stenotype Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1992. Her reporting experience includes arbitrations, grand jury proceedings, courtroom reporting, mediations, zoning board hearings, and all varieties of depositions. Shandy is a member of the National Court Reporters Association as well as the Ohio Court Reporters Association. She is certified by NCRA as a Registered Professional Reporter. Shandy joined Elite in 2010.

SuzAnne McMillin graduated summa cum laude from Miami-Jacobs Career College in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she earned an Associate’s degree in Court Reporting. She also earned an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Florida Community College, graduating summa cum laude. SuzAnne is a member of both the National Court Reporters Association and the Ohio Court Reporters Association and serves on the advisory board at Miami-Jacobs Career College. She lives in Harrison, Ohio with her two children. Her interests include reading, cooking and traveling. SuzAnne began her reporting career with Elite Reporting Agency, LLC in 2009.
